  Tuscan Capital

  Tuscan Capital

The Tuscan capital is the most understated design of all of the classical orders.  This capital style does not even have the egg and dart decoration of Doric order capitals.  A Tuscan capital includes a simple ring below the cap.  The cap arches up to meet the square that rests below your building’s beams or arches.

A Tuscan capital is virtually maintenance free after installation.  This capital will not chip, rot, or crack over time.  A Tuscan capital will not attract carpenter ants or termites.  And, a Tuscan capital is perfect for use both inside and outside of a building.

The Tuscan capital is available in several sizes for your convenience. With a choice in sizes, you may be able to use the Tuscan capital throughout your building’s design for a uniform, pleasing appearance.
